The App is operated by alt+1 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Information you provide
- Dream entries: text you write (and any optional titles, tags, moods, or notes).
- Generated content: images created from your dream entries (if you use image generation).
- Support communications: messages you send to us (e.g., emails, bug reports).
- Account information: such as email address or sign-in identifiers if you create an account.
3) Information collected automatically
- Device & app data: basic diagnostics like device model, OS version, app version, language, and crash logs.
- Usage data: interactions in the App (e.g., screens viewed, features used), to improve performance and UX.
- Identifiers: may include device identifiers used for analytics, diagnostics, or fraud prevention.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data beyond what you choose to write in your dreams. Please avoid entering highly sensitive information you do not want processed by the App’s AI features.
4) How we use your information
- Provide and operate the App (saving and displaying your dream journal and generated images).
- Generate AI-based dream analysis and dream images when you request it.
- Improve reliability, fix bugs, and enhance the App experience.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about important changes.
- Process subscriptions or purchases via Apple (we do not receive your full payment details).
5) AI processing (dream analysis & image generation)
If you use AI features, your dream text (and any necessary context) may be sent to third-party AI service providers to generate analysis and/or images. These providers process the data on our behalf to deliver the feature.
AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. AI insights are for journaling and self-reflection only and are not medical advice.
6) Sharing and third-party services
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run the App (hosting, databases, analytics, crash reporting, AI providers).
- Apple for App Store distribution, subscriptions, and purchase management (as applicable).
- Legal authorities if required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
7) Data retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the App and for legitimate purposes such as security, compliance, and dispute resolution. You can delete dream entries inside the App.
If you request account deletion (if the App supports accounts), we will delete or anonymize associated data as required, unless we must retain it for legal reasons.
8) Your choices and rights
- Delete content: you can delete dream entries and associated generated images within the App.
- Access / correction: you can update your entries anytime.
- Account deletion (if applicable): email us from the address linked to your account.
- Opt-out: you can disable analytics in device settings where available, and limit tracking permissions.
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have rights under GDPR (access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection, restriction). Contact us to exercise these rights.
9) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10) Children
The App is not intended for children.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated in the App.
